Codellic Hub

The private workspace of Codellic Softworks

Codellic Hub is a private workspace built and run by Codellic Softworks. People with an account use it to plan, communicate and keep track of things in one place: a shared schedule and calendar, notes and lists, chat and calls, a timeline for photos and videos, and Cai, the built-in assistant.

The Hub is only for people with an account. There is no public sign-up: accounts are created by an administrator at Codellic.

What you can do in the Hub

  • Schedule and calendar

    Reminders, recurring tasks and calendar events in one timeline, with a notification when something is due.

  • Notes and lists

    Write notes in notebooks and keep lists, for yourself or shared with the people you choose.

  • Chat and calls

    Message one person or a group, and start a voice or video call.

  • Timeline

    Share photos and videos with the people and groups you pick.

  • Locations

    Share your location with people you choose, only while you have it switched on, and save the places that matter to you.

  • Cai

    Ask Cai, the assistant in the Hub, to look things up, summarize and help with your tasks.

Calendar sync with Google and Outlook

You can connect your Google Calendar or your Outlook calendar to the Hub. The Hub then reads your upcoming events and shows them in your own schedule, so you see everything in one place and get reminders. If you turn on two-way sync, events you create, change or delete in the Hub are also written to your own calendar.

Connecting is optional. You can disconnect at any time, which removes the synced events and the stored access from the Hub straight away. The privacy statement explains exactly which calendar data the Hub uses and how.
